It was a war waged against innocent people. From Chernobyl, to Palomares, to the Southwest, to Hanford...the list is endless...The victims of a global nuclear war were never told. They never heard the sirens. They wonder if the plumes of toxic air will come over their homes again. They wonder why they were forgotten. Why haven't we learned.
